Dorsett Chapel Church (Spencer, NC) is seeking a born-again Christian leader to serve in the position of Minister of Music. Candidate must be called, appointed, and anointed to the ministry of music and able to submit to the authority of the Pastor and Board of Deacons. The candidate must have the ability to work with and develop all age groups across various music and arts ministries of the church. This position requires candidates to be able to teach parts, coordinate/develop/work with other church leaders in planning and implementing worship services such as Christmas/Easter programs, and have a working knowledge of all types of music inclusive of gospel, contemporary, hymns, gospel rap, gospel hip hop, etc. Strong leadership skills, punctuality, ability to resolve conflict, team player spirit, and a willingness to strive for excellence is a MUST!
