Flint Hill Baptist Church, located in Rock Hill, South Carolina, is seeking a Senior Pastor. The Pastor will serve as the spiritual leader of the church, and will be responsible for overseeing the ministries and the administration of the church. Applicants who wish to be considered for this position should meet the following personal qualifications: ( 1) Graduate of a four year college or university; (2) Graduate of an accredited seminary; (3) Licensed and ordained as a Baptist minister; (4) Confess Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; (5) Possess moral integrity; (6) Committed to evangelism and outreach; (7) Possess the ability to teach as well as preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ; (8) Possess the ability to make well reasoned decisions and fulfill pastoral duties based on Christian virtues; (9) Possess excellent written and oral communication skills; (10) Possess leadership abilities that will motivate and inspire others toward kingdom- building.
