Position:  Youth Pastor (Middle School, High School & College Students)
 
Keller Springs Baptist Church is located in Carrollton, Texas, an affluent suburban community North of Dallas
 
Responsibilities:  To the lead the ministry that is focused on making disciples of today's youth by teaching, preaching, training and modeling Christian behavior.  The successful candidate will lead a team of volunteers to strenthen a purpose driven youth ministry.
 
Requirements: At least an undergraduate degree and a masters degree of Christian Education, Ministries or Pastoral Studies  Also, current seminary students will be considered as well. Also, please be sure to list all licences and ordination information on the resume. The successful candidate must have experienced working with African American youth from many different backgrounds and spiritual levels.  The Youth Pastor should also be a team player with strong leadership skills and some administrative skills as well.  We are looking for an assertive individual who loves God, family and young people..  This position.   The positions answers to the Christan Education Director.  The salary is negotiable and is commensurate with experience and education.
